Facilities include good broadband speed, double sofa bed in the sitting room, washer-dryer and dishwasher. Minimum 2 nights stay.

Quaint and rustic seaside cottage with parking

Crabpot cottage is 60-seconds from Wells harbour in the heart of the town. It is a snug, self-contained 200-years old 'fisherman's cottage' built on the foundations of a much older building. It offers cosy living space, gardens and parking. Wood burner, central heating, modern kitchen, washing machine and WiFi make it ideal for short breaks. It works really well for couples or small families who love a character cottage. It is not suitable for groups larger than 4 or anyone expecting a hotel!

The harbour has magical views over unspoilt saltmarsh wilderness, as well as fantastic restaurants and chic shops. Sea Pink is small but stylish. Situated in the heart of the picturesque village of Burnham Thorpe, the place of Nelson's birth, the recently refurbished bungalow offers the perfect place to relax and explore the very best of the stunning North Norfolk Coast. It has a large garden and is just a minute's walk from the village pub, where Nelson used to drink. Burnham Market is a mile away and the beautiful beaches of Overy, Holkham, Brancaster and Wells are not much further. Any season, this can be your perfect Norfolk base.

Twixt is a mid-terrace Victorian cottage located in the idyllic North Norfolk village of Burnham Overy Staithe. It's just a short walk from the picturesque quay and the North Norfolk coastal path. Recently refurbished and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay - whether a weekend or a longer break - it will comfortably accommodate four people in the two bedrooms which are furnished with a kingsize and twin beds. There is also room for a travel cot in the master bedroom.

Marshview is a beautifully presented 3 storey cottage just off the quayside and a short walk to the interesting local shops. The accommodation is of a high quality and furnished to a good specification. There is a small toilet down stairs, a sitting room with wall mounted smart TV and also the WIFI. The kitchen has a ceramic topped electric cooker, washer /dryer, American fridge freezer, microwave, dish washer and washing machine. It is has lovely views over the pinewoods and sea views.

Get ready for your romantic stay at Bag End Hobbit house. Bag End is located within one mile of the coastal path and central for the beaches of Wells, Holkham and Blakeney point. Our Hobbit house has one full size bedroom and a smaller bedroom for a little hobbit. Up to 2 extra guests can stay in the cosy seperate bedroom hut at £25pp per night. There is a seperate bathroom and washing up area with hot and cold water. The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of £65 per whole stay.

Wells Quay is a 5 min stroll away where you can discover an array of independent coffees shops, restaurants and shops. The Loft welcomes families with children over the age of 5, and is able to be booked with Driftwood (first floor 2 bed apartment) should you wish for large groups to get together to explore the beautiful North Norfolk coastline.
