Excellent walks and cycle routes in the area, a wealth of wildlife around, curious sheep that come to the fence and views looking over to Morecambe Bay and the Lakeland Fells. There are lots of fantastic eateries nearby. 20 mins from M6 Junction 34.

The Studio is a self contained cottage, that is part of a listed building in the hamlet of Eskrigge in the Lune Valley. With a private entrance and private parking for 3 cars and exclusive use of a large cottage garden that is fenced off for safety. The Studio consists of a living space with sofa bed, separate kitchen, downstairs toilet & shower room, and a large characterful bedroom upstairs with two single beds. Free fibre optic high speed WiFi (B4RN). TV with Freesat. What's not to like?

There are many walks from the cottage across fields, through woods and along the peaceful River Greta. It is in perfect striking distance for walking and exploring the Dales and Lake District. Ingleton, Kirkby Lonsdale and Settle are all within easy reach. The Three Peaks challenge is nearby.

With its garden backing onto the River Roeburn in the friendly conservation village of Wray in the Forest of Bowland AONB, the spacious and characterful Tailor's Cottage is perfect for lovers of the great outdoors and wild swimming, cosy evenings in front of a wood-burning stove, long soaks in a real bathtub, and evenings at the welcoming village pub. Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Aughton is a scenic village situated on the banks of the lune valley leading up to the market Town on Kirby Lonsdale. Walks from the village allow you to saunter along the banks of the river lune or through the picturesque Burton and Lawson woods belonging to the woodlands trust often known as Aughton woods. Aughton also has an beautiful old village church going back to 1864 and a recreation hall and children's play area.

Guest flat in Hornby Castle, which is located in the picturesque Lune Valley, in the forest of Bowland and not far from the Lake District, sitting on a hill with dramatic views overlooking the Lune valley and Ingleborough. Relax, enjoy the local walks, including along the river in our garden. Hornby has a good village tea room & pub. Also a good village shop. Our TV is small and only runs off online apps. Remember it is an old house and can therefore be or feel cold.
