The building is in the beautiful district of Lehel on a small side street with minimal traffic. Three rooms offer great comfort and high-quality furniture with a new bathroom, a new fully equipped kitchen, bed sheets, towels, appliances, internet, fantastic mattresses & a Smart-TV. On-site parking: €25 per night. Ask for availability.

Short Term Stay Octoberfest or longer?

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.

Sehenswürdigkeiten wie der Englische Garten, Odeonsplatz oder der Marienplatz sind alle in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung besitzt ein modernes Bad. Die Betten sind super bequem und bieten Platz bis zu 5 Erwachsenen Menschen. Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert und bietet alles was man so braucht.

In nur 7 min Fahrzeit ist man direkt in Schwabing und in nur 13 min am Marienplatz Zur Allianzarena sind es 2 Stationen. Das Messegelände MOC zu Fuß erreichbar. Supermarkt, Bäcker, sowie einige Restaurants und Biergarten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine kleine, voll ausgestattete Küche. The location is perfect to explore the city and some pleasant alone time for couples.
