Guests have 24/7 access to the host, when necessary, as I live in the detached main house.

High Rock Cabin- 200 ft to trail 17! Close to town

Welcome to our “High Rock Cabin”. This centrally located tiny house is right by the trails. Set in the woods, but only a couple miles from Hancock/Houghton! One main floor bedroom with queen bed, and a loft with two full beds. Please be aware that there is a spiral staircase to access the loft. No smoking in cabin. Will be a $250 fee if smoking is detected. Also, pets must be approved by owners. Will entail an additional pet fee. There is plenty of parking, enough room for a trailer!

Nice, clean apartment just 5 minutes from Michigan Tech and a view of Portage Lake (lake access too!). One stall of garage parking available so you can go right from car to apartment without dealing with the snow. The driveway is plowed. Wifi, heat, keurig coffee selection included. Washer and dryer are in the spacious bathroom with a shower. Full kitchen and electric fireplace. Handicap accessible with stairlift from garage. Full sized bed with additional pullout couch.

We are approximately 4.8 miles from the Dollar Bay Snow Mobile Trailhead, Great snowshoeing around the property as well. cottage is on a shared driveway with owners. About 55 minutes from Mount Bohemia.

Enjoy the lake shores, waterfalls, and gorgeous views along the way!

This studio space is all fresh and new, located in west Hancock. Parking is easily accessible with a ground floor entryway. Downtown Hancock and Houghton are just minutes away. Located near the Hancock beach. If you aren't a camper but enjoy the day activities come and stay with all the luxuries of home. Studio size kitchen and a king size bed. We just added a heater/ air conditioner that is adjustable by the guest. The feedback has been great!

Right on the snowmobile trail, and convenient for all of the Copper Country’s activities: snowmobiling, skiing, biking, touring historical sites, Michigan Tech, etc. Entire upstairs of a detached garage. Private entrance. Well insulated for sound and comfort. Only 3 1/2 miles to Houghton/Hancock, and close to the airport. Trailer parking available. Crib and high chair available upon request.

Hello, available for short-term rental is our second home close to Michigan Tech and Lake Superior for family vacations in the beautiful Upper Peninsula of Michigan! Easy access to ~233 miles of snowmobile trails! Walking distance to downtown, restaurants, gas station/convenience store, park, marina, grocery store and trails as well as short drives to excellent ski trails. The Hungarian Falls are less than 2 miles away.
