Bathed in sunlight at sunrise, the Sunrise Casita porch is a great place to start your morning drinking coffee, watching the wild birds, and even encounter our family of deer on the ranch. There is a $100 pet fee per stay. The pet fee goes to the cleaning service to clean/deodorize and remove fur, etc., that the pet may leave behind.

Austin Guest Flat - 1000sq ft Home Away From Home

Our guest space was built for my mom but we ended up living in it for 2 years and it was great. It is approx 1000 sq ft, tall vaulted ceiling in the living space and lots of light. It's pretty quiet up there. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood near the center of Austin's population ( Hwy 183 & Hwy 620). This makes our location super easy for access to major roadways.
