The accommodation was once a barn dating back to 1900. It is a contemporary conversion within the rear garden of the main house. The property incorporates everything needed for a great stay. It is completely private and self-contained. The ground floor consists of an open plan living room/kitchen and is accessed by two large patio doors. A staircase leads to a light and airy bedroom with a king size bed, drawers and a wardrobe. There is an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Bluetits barn is situated on Church Lane in the centre of this exclusive village offering access to the many footpaths and bridleways in the vicinity. The highly regarded Ashby Arms pub/restaurant is within easy walking distance. Leicester city centre 7 miles; Melton Mowbray 10 miles, Market Harborough 15 miles.

Beautiful Conversion in Rutland Countryside

Come and stay in our lovingly converted barn in the middle of the Rutland countryside. Perfect for a quiet get-away with lots of walking and cycling from the doorstep. Set in a 3 acre plot of our family home, you will have access to a private garden at the rear of the property plus our orchard should you wish to bring 1 small - medium sized dog with you. Unfortunately, the property is not suited to large dogs.

The Hot Tub is ready for you on arrival and the BBQ Hut is the best place to settle down for the night around the fire.
