The Cot, Characterful 400-year-old Cottage.

Beautifully restored 400-year-old cottage, smallest house in Lymington, an ideal cosy retreat for couples complete with a peaceful private garden. Close to the historic coastal town of Lymington and railway station, an ancient seaport with a rich maritime history plus interesting architecture much of which is Georgian and Victorian. Cosy living space, wifi, smart TV, kitchen and bathroom with large shower, bedroom with king size bed. It also includes a lockable undercover storage for two bikes.

Hideaway 1

Hideaway 1 is set in a secluded part of grounds of a Jacobean Manor House, my gardens used to be formal, but now they are semi-wild. Deer, Badgers, Foxes & the odd duck, going down the stream, if you’re lucky enough to see them. Hideaway 1 is about 20min walk from Milford on Sea, which has a stunning coastline, & lots of cafe’s & restaurants also pubs. All of which you can see on Milford on Sea website. All my guests are welcome to walk round my grounds at their own risk. Very quite.

Beaches Studio

Beaches" is a contemporary bright studio offering light and airy accommodation with a feeling of tranquillity. With its own front door and patio doors which lead to a private courtyard. The location is perfect - Ideal if you wish to park your car and just walk - approx 5min walking distance from the village shops, beach, cafes, pubs, restaurants and village green. You can walk to Keyhaven harbour and the marshes, very popular with bird watchers. A ferry can be taken to Hurst Castle.

The Nook - Forest/Coastal Luxury Studio

The Nook is a hideout filled with little luxuries for a relaxing escape. Originally the out building of our grade 2 listed cottage, this little studio boasts a Hot tub in the courtyard, overlooked by mature trees & lit by festoon lights. A calming, chic interior, with everything you need to start your break. A fully equipped kitchenette, and enticingly comfy double bed, and timeless music playing through the Roberts radio. A contemporary shower room, complete with toiletries.

Stunning cottage 5 mins to beach Milford on sea

** please note music festival 6-7 July you can walk to green 2 mins is busy ! Seashell cottage is a modern, cosy two bedroom holiday cottage sleeping upto 4 people plus space for infant in cot. We are situated in a Small Mews development one of six cottages in Milford on sea stones throw from the village green and the beach. Price includes linen and few towels but please bring extra.

The Studio at Trees

With it's own separate entrance, our annexed accommodation offers a spacious 1st floor Studio Flat adjacent to our home and close to local amenities. Off road parking and bike storage available. A welcome pack consisting of bread, butter, jams, cereals, yoghurts, milk, and fruit etc. is provided for your arrival, together with tea and coffee making facilities.

Have fun with the whole family at this cosy barn with hot tub.This cozy property features 2 inviting bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with a sofa bed) and 1 modern bathroom.
