This lovely property is situated 2 minutes walk from Lutterworth town centre with various shops, cafe’s, restaurants and pubs, all within easy walking distance.

Built in 1634, the Barn is on the edge of a village 5m from Market Harborough in Leicestershire. Converted in 2017, it's on our property but separate from it. Light and airy, it's one room/open plan downstairs, with areas for cooking, dining and relaxing. French doors lead out onto a pretty courtyard garden, with stone steps up to a raised area, where you can watch the sunset over the fields. Upstairs there's a well-equipped bedroom and bathroom with far reaching views over the countryside.

The Stable House, Aldaniti - beautiful conversion

The Stable Studios are the recently renovated wooden stables of The Stable House, a family home converted in 1970 from a Victorian stable block. The accommodation was once a barn dating back to 1900. It is a contemporary conversion within the rear garden of the main house. The property incorporates everything needed for a great stay. It is completely private and self-contained. The ground floor consists of an open plan living room/kitchen and is accessed by two large patio doors. A staircase leads to a light and airy bedroom with a king size bed, drawers and a wardrobe. There is an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

It is in a tranquil location amongst acres of arable farmland and wild flower margins. It can be easily accessed from the village of Theddingworth. Only 5minutes drive from the picturesque town of Market Harborough with a varied selection of restaurants, individual boutiques, award winning farm shop and covered market.

Greylag is a luxury heated lakeside cabin, designed and built on our farm. Curl up under a cosy throw on the super comfortable double bed (400 thread count sheets), or choose from seating areas inside, on the deck overlooking the lake, or by the fire pit with its inbuilt barbecue. OR snuggle up and do nothing but read a good book, cook nice food and relax. We live only 10 minutes away and will help with anything we can! Good pubs are not far away and there is so much to do in the area.
