Welcome to the Hyannis Hangout! Here you have this beautiful renovated house with privacy of a fully fenced in backyard only used by airbnb guests. The famous main street is 2 minutes away! This street has the most restaurants/bars/clubs in north/mid cape! The closest beach to the house is 5 minutes away, and the best beach in the cape Mayflower only 25 minutes away. House does have an accessory dwelling downstairs that someone lives in. They have their own private driveway and entrance.

This charming 2 bedroom is less than a mile to Sea Street (Keyes) Beach on Nantucket Sound. Two blocks to Main Street with restaurants, shops and art galleries. The area is very walkable. Backyard has a patio, privacy fencing, furniture, outdoor shower, professional landscaping and a BBQ.
