The home is approximately 1,500 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and sleeps (8) people comfortably. We offer complimentary kayaks for guests to use during their stay. Compact cottage has a full kitchen and bath, queen bed, twin air mattress, indoor seating and outdoor picnic area. We have a few friendly alpacas, chickens, dogs, and assorted birds. Well cared for pets welcome, property is fully fenced. Great place to stay to explore the springs, go antiquing, or check out Gainesville's food, music and fun.

(Tucknee Inn) has beautiful wooden animal carvings and river tables throughout the house. Outside, relax in the hot tub, or tell campfire stories in our custom built firepit area. The cabin also boasts a huge custom rock shower, a large loft that acts as a second living room, and spacious bedrooms.

This 3/2 riverfront cabin has everything needed to have a fun, relaxing family getaway. It provides the perfect space for entertaining a large group. Spend your days swimming, fishing, kayaking, wildlife watching, or tubing down the Ichetucknee River. There is a 2 story dock for easy access to the river. There is also the State park and multiple public boat ramps located in the area for longer access on the rivers. We do not provide key to private parks.
