Direct access to the balcony with a seaview. ( to the Island of Cres, Marina, Island of Krk ) It is 80 m away from the Seaside promenade.

Well located to ensure silent nights despite of being so close to the city centre. On the ground floor there is a nice patio. Several parking places and garages are very close to the apartment.
