5 rooms Swiss wooden Chalet in Laax

5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

You can also discover the many other attractions: Ritom lakes (20 minutes), Carì ski resort and Giornico village (10 minutes)

Wenn Sie dem Alltag entfliehen wollen und die Natur lieben sind sie bei uns richtig. Das Ferienhaus liegt oberhalb von Urnäsch in der Landwirtschaftszone auf 1000 Meter über Meer. Es ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für diverse Wanderrouten. Parkplätze stehen 4 Stück zur verfügung. Nach Absprache können auch weitere zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Ideal auch für Geburtstage, Familienfeste,Freundestreffen. Bei Bedarf kann eine traditionell Jungformation der Streichmusik organisiert werden.

My place is perfect for families and couples who would like to relax, walk into the woods and hike. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.
