You have access to a beautiful scenic pond with wonderful sunsets, pond is stocked with small and large mouth bass, hybric bluegill, and channel catfish. Golf cart access is included to get to and from the pond. You will have access to the beach, fishing is free, gun range also included upon request. Plenty of room for parking with a new circle driveway for easy access.

Public boat launches, and 2 parks are 7-10 minutes drive from the property. The north entrance to the Dacey Trail bike and walking paths are 1/4 mile from the property entrance. Horseback riding on the property is allowed with prior approval only.
