It’s just 5 minutes to the hospital and close to 4th Ave and Ave "A". Short-term or long-term stays are always welcome! Located in a residential neighborhood with a parking space inside the property. We allow 1 pet (dog) under 40 lbs only. Currently, we are not accepting bookings with CATS. Pet fees and restrictions apply.

Super clean townhome located on a quiet neighborhood; contemporary furniture and high-quality beds; private covered garage and the convenience of a washer/dryer inside the house. Private small backyard too. Close to Walmart (1.8 miles) and restaurants. Garage is available but won’t fit longer/taller than normal vehicles like long and tall pickups/SUVs. Garage is 17 feet deep by 6’7 feet/79 inches tall (garage door). Tub stoppers are not provided, tubs are intended to be used as showers only.

The studio is behind the main house and is completely private and detached from the main house. It is quiet and cozy and was remodeled in September 2018. It includes WiFi, expanded cable TV, NetFlix, and Hulu on a smart TV. The kitchen has new cabinets and countertops, a farm sink, over-the-range microwave, an oven and stove, and a dishwasher. The kitchen is well-equipped with pots and pans, dishes, bowls, glasses, etc. New steel exterior door was installed is very secure. Non-smoking only.

Beautiful and Unique Spanish-Style Home Since 1925, this stunning Spanish-style house has been part of Yuma, AZ’s rich history. Recently renovated, it features a vibrant, colorful design and a lush garden perfect for relaxing and spending time with your family. The home sits on a large lot, and the backyard is divided by a fence that separates it from a charming tiny house—also an Airbnb. Both homes are completely independent and do not share any spaces.
