Come enjoy this 1900 sq ft spacious and serene space. This in law suite is a private 2 br (2 beds), 1 bath with full kitchen apartment attached to our home. Our space includes entertainment such as a pool table, air hockey, ping pong, and card table, and an outside adults only jacuzzi overlooking the beautiful Lake Norman. Relax on the covered patio in this quiet and tranquil cove or make yourself at home in our fully equipped kitchen. We have two kayaks and a paddle board free to use.

Residential area. No guests, parties,groups,or Late, loud music-use of the amenities is for the guests only. Well behaved pets,housebroken, shots/neutered. Additional fee of $75 per pet-prior approval . 4 guests included additional guest $30 per night each limit 6 total. Longer stays 3 guests max.

Spend some time in a charming apartment in one of the most beautiful estates in Iredell County. Located in the country on a 10, 000 square foot, 30-acre estate outside Statesville, North Carolina, Magnolia Manor provides a peaceful respite for relaxation. It features a private entrance on a deck from which you can watch amazing sunsets. Built in 1976, Magnolia Manor is part of the larger estate, which is our family home. We will work to keep any noise to a minimum.

The Lawson Suite (private, with separate entry)

The Lawson Home is close to Lake Norman, and is perfect summer or Fall getaway. Lake Norman has so much to offer! Boating, and jet ski rentals are near by , or just enjoy exploring the quaint town of Mooresville, which offers shopping, restaurants. lake Norman State Park for hiking and Biking. Daveste Vineyard, Raffaldini Vineyard, Lazy Five Ranch, and so much more! We do allow smaller dogs only. The suite is not suitable for large dogs. One time $100 pet fee.

Enjoy the water while still near shopping and tons of restaurants. NO THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS ON BEHALF OF OTHER GUESTS WILL BE APPROVED. We are unable to accommodate guests’ boats, jet skis or trailers. ONLY ONE VEHICLE IS INCLUDED DUE TO PARKING LIMITATIONS. A $100 FEE WILL BE ADDED FOR EACH ADDITIONAL VEHICLE.

The two bedroom duplex apartment has a private entrance and lake views from every room. Enjoy swimming, sunbathing and sunsets on the two story dock. Boat rentals are easily accessible from marinas in the Denver area and the boat can be kept at the dock. Easy commute to Charlotte.
