PRICING IS FOR 1 Bedroom. The priority is to rent the house to larger groups however when vacant we offer as a 1 BR. PLEASE DON'T REQUEST PEAK/WEEKENDS in advance as we will decline. You will have the Inn to yourself, however, must keep to the 1Bedroom/bath & common space. IF YOU NEED more Bedrooms we can add for a fee. Close enough to spend the day enjoying all the local activities, but just outside all the hustle to have a quiet relaxing fire in the woods. Cranmore Mountain Resort and Saco river is 2 miles down the road for all your skiing/snowboarding, mountain biking, tubing and adventures!
