This quaint Surf City beach cottage is newly remodeled and serves as the perfect getaway. It is conveniently located less than 1 mile to the Surf City pier and restaurants. Bring the family and enjoy life at the beach in this 2nd row home on the intercoastal waterway! After a long day soaking up the sun, rinse off using the full outdoor bathroom then cook up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Or use the large outdoor prep area and fire up the gas grill to make your favorite BBQ meal.

We're Todd & Julie! Our goal is that you have an amazing stay in Jacksonville, whether visiting your Marine, the beaches, or working we are close to much, but still away from it all. We have 4 kids, 6 grandchildren and love N. Carolina. The people and weather drew us here. We love sharing our home with others and enhancing their vacations! Enjoy sunrises/sunsets from the pier! Access to kayaks, canoe & 2 paddleboards. Enjoy the ospreys dive bomb for fish, an occasional dolphin, & other birdlife.
