Sunset Retreat is a perfect place for family and friends to visit with plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces available for quiet time or group activities. This is a spacious apartment above detached garage, with a roomy balcony. The property sits on the Rappahannock River- guests are welcome to use the beach and dock! Property has a private entrance. The bathroom which is located on the first floor. Apartment is up a flight of stairs above the garage. Plenty of parking. EV charger available. We have self check in and the host is extremely flexible.. We welcome all tenants! The Birds Nest is a perfect getaway destination for relaxing and fun.

Open the garage door in the living area and step out on the 300 square foot screened in porch where you can relax at the firepit under the covered roof. On the porch at Hidden Haven, we like to say, "time wasted is time well spent". The romantic vibe and modern amenities make it a prefect place for a couple's getaway.

I’m located 6 miles from Scottsville, 15 miles from Charlottesville, 25-30 minute drive. A pasture of cattle is not too far away you can hear the mooing at times and see sightings of deer quite often. It’s a private and quiet location. Two large rivers, James and Rivanna offer recreational activities. Rustic cabin, country located. Clean and cozy with a well stocked kitchen with all your cooking needs.
