Burrowes Rest

A unique hut nestled in the heart of the King Valley. Beautiful mountain views, and your own private King River frontage. Only a short drive or ride to the local wineries, cafes and pubs. Burrowes Rest is a private getaway for couples, friends or families that want to slow down and enjoy a carefully curated space. Regional wine and food shared around the fire, fishing by the river and days spent visiting local attractions, such as, Powers Lookout, Paradise Falls and family owned wineries.

River frontage of 300 meters in 40 acres of rolling farmland overlooking the beautiful Jamieson River Valley and mountains beyond. Wide wraparound verandas with stunning views for all weather outdoor dining, a fire pit and BBQ. Inside, heated floors and fireplace for winter comfort, air conditioning for summer. 3 spacious bedrooms (main ensuite), King size beds, 2 bathrooms, separate loo, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The comforts of home in the country for an amazing get away!

Riverfront + Kayaks, Hot Tub, Sauna + Fire pit

In summer, float down the river in a blow-up tube and on cool nights put your feet up by the wood fire or have a sauna by the river. THIS IS A 2 BEDROOM house which sleeps 6ppl (Entire home). An EXTRA 4 ppl can be accommodated externally to the main house. The A frame hut sleeps two (unheated). An additional 2pp riverside bungalow room with french doors and it’s own deck by the river. Book for 8 people to unlock all rooms. No pets, no parties or camping. Quite after 12am.

Forest Way Farm Tiny House

What was once our tiny family home now sits on a little farm for you to enjoy, looking over the orchard and forest. Your own driveway will lead you out to the little house, past our private residence and orchard. You can rest on the deck, lay on the grass or soak in the tub. With no WiFi or TV you can disconnect for a while and let the surrounds recharge you. Wander with the chickens in the orchard, take yourself out into the forest or explore the Yarra Valley.

Cedar Retreat - Semi-detached Apartment

The house is close to the high country with beautiful views. The apartment is ideal for a small family or couple. Even though it is attached to the house it is very private. All bedding/towels etc. supplied. Guests interested in accessing Mt. Buller for the snow season, mountain biking, bush walking or just taking in the wonderful scenery will find this location ideal.
