PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Lavanda studio apartment is a lovely place, located in a small quite village Bunica , just 200 m from the sea, there is a little way to the beach under the main street. Town Senj is 4 km away. Apartment is in a private house on the ground floor with a terace and a parking place. It has flat TV, Wi-Fi,aircondition,heating, well equipped tea kitchen,all the necessery for cooking,bathroom with a walk in shower, basic toiletties set,towels,hair dryer,linen. Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

Centar Ogulina je na oko 850 metara ili 10-ak minuta pješice. Apartman se nalazi na prvom katu samostojeće kuće ćime se s balkona i iz spavaće sobe pruža predivan pogled na planinu Klek. Parkiralište je smješteno u dvorištu, a gostima je na raspolaganju i velika okućnica gdje se mogu ugodno opustiti u prirodnom okruženju.
