Willkommen in unseren Holiday House mit herrlichem Panoramablick. Auf einer Ebene mit 110m2 befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit Bad & WC, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Vorraum/weiteres WC. Chill-Out-Area mit zwei Terrassen mit herrlicher Aussicht. Alleinige Hausnutzung. Lage: ruhig, 2 Parkplätze, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im nahen Hermagor, Wanderwege vor dem Haus oder auf den umliegenden Almen, Presseggersee oder die Talstation Nassfeld in 10 Minuten und der Weißensee in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Berghütte auf 1000m mit Saunanutzung am Südhang

Zur alleinigen Nutzung bieten wir unsere rund 200 Jahre alte, kernsanierte Hütte an. Hier trifft alpine Gemütlichkeit auf Moderne. Ob Sommer oder Winter, diese stilvolle Hütte bietet auf rund 50 Quadratmetern die perfekte Unterkunft für vier Personen. Sie befindet sich in sonniger Hanglage. Dieses urige Refugium liegt unweit der Mölltaler Gletscherbahn und vieler Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Klettern, Ski/Wanderski, Kanufahren und vielem mehr. Das alles ist möglich. Wir haben kein ganzes Chalet Dorf gebaut, sondern nur ein einziges, außergewöhnliches, wunderschönes & gemütliches Chalet auf 1150m Seehöhe oberhalb von Arriach. Eine stilvolle Sauna & ein beheizbarer Badebottich mit malerischem Ausblick vervollständigt unser Unterkircher Chalet.
