Sitting On The Dock Of The Bay…is our tranquil designer-styled bay house. We believe it is the Central Coast’s best kept secret. At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

Paradise awaits when you arrive through our gates. One hour from Sydney, this serene and beautiful property offers privacy and tranquillity. Take in incredible valley vistas all whilst relaxing on the balcony, and look out for our wombats, wallabies, lyre birds, and bush turkeys. Sometimes we have cows in our paddocks. Spot wild deer and platypus in our creek. Full size petanque pitch, billiards, darts games room Sit around our fire pit and watch the sky come alive with stars at night. Bliss!

The Back Forty Solar Cottage

Fernances Creek Farm is one hour north of Sydney in the picturesque Wollombi Valley. Ten minutes from Laguna with the Watagan Mountains and Yengo National Park on our doorstep. The Hunter Valley vineyards start here, with Broke & Pokolbin vineyards 45 minutes away. We are a Haflinger Horse stud on 210 acres, with show jumping and eventing facilities. Great for couples and families, the Back Forty Solar Cottage is a fully featured off grid solar home with all of the comforts and space to relax.

Boathouse By The Bay

Relax and unwind in our beautiful, unique space, enjoying the sounds of nature as you indulge in the outdoor shower in the sun. With just a short walk to the waterfront, corner store and bottle shop, you can set up the perfect picnic down by the water or at home. Grab yourself one of Central Coasts best coffee's from Empires D'lite. If you are a bringing a boat along, you can plonk it in at Kendall Road wharf and be set for the day. There is also kids parks, tennis court and bbq area close by.

The Church

The Church is a very private 140 year old timber church with gothic windows and high ceilings set in its own lush native garden The living area is spacious with French Doors opening onto a large veranda under shady trees The bedroom is on a mezzanine level with a queen bed Bathroom is large with a long, deep cast iron bath. Pet friendly inside and out. 5 min walk to a nature reserve and Kotara rail station (Sydney line) 15-25 min to beach by car, bus or train very near (1-5 min walk)

Surrounded by native Gyamea Lillies this Somersby “Gunya” Tiny House feels far away from the hustle and bustle despite its close proximity to Gosford and only 20 minutes away from Central Coasts beautiful beaches. Located on traditional Darkinjung land this property is often visited by local wildlife including cockatoos, crayfish, deer, cattle and horses and if your lucky you may see the platypus that make home in the creek.
