The Starlite at Ruakh is a private luxury geodesic dome tucked along the edge of the woods on our 87-acre farm in Tazewell County, Virginia. Designed for quiet getaways, slow mornings, clear night skies, and time by the fire, this 500-square-foot dome blends the comfort of a thoughtfully finished stay with the feeling of being close to the land. Large fire pit area with dried fire wood. Large 12ft x 12ft outdoor hammock behind fire pit. Park Series charcoal grill outside.

Enjoy High Rocks and Wilmore Dam, or perhaps a day at Berwind Lake trout fishing, or hiking. Easy access to restaurants, gas, and grocery store. We are an ATV friendly town and house is located in a friendly Quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking.

Warrior Trail Lodging, LLC The Caretta Cottage

Located approximately 6 minutes to War, WV and HMT trailhead. A Short, nice ride to the Wilmore Dam, and to High Rocks. NEW ADDITIONAL PARKING FOR LARGE TRAILERS across the street from the Cottage. In addition to approximately 50 ft. in front, 40 ft. in back, 30 ft. on the side of the cottage. SEE PARKING PHOTOS. We are on Rt 16, part of the ”Head of the Dragon” Motorcycle Riding Route in Caretta, WV. You will have easy on/off access to “Warrior Trail” from Caretta or War.

Valley View Cabin

You will relax and reconnect in this beautiful valley nestled in the Southwest Virginia mountains. Sit on the porch and soak up those mountain views. Relax in the hot tub and count the stars. Reconnect with your spouse as you unplug from the hustle and bustle. Rest, laugh, enjoy! The cabin is located on a working family farm. You can purchase beef, pork, and chicken to cook while you’re here or bring a cooler and take some home.

This one bedroom private home has a king size bed in the bedroom , a queen sofa bed and a twin sleeper.

Hatfield McCoy Warrior Trails

Welcome to Creekside Cottage! We are located 1 minute from Route 16 near the Warrior Trail System of the Hatfield McCoy Trails which also connects to Pocahontas, Indian Ridge, and Pinnacle. We are also near the “Head of the Dragon” motorcycle ride as they also use Rt 16 and about 20 minutes from Welch. Newly updated home in a peaceful area. Parking across the street suitable for big trailers!
