Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located family friendly abode. Nestled at the top of a highly desired mountainside neighborhood, our apartment is attached to a larger home. There is a private entrance, outdoor seating, and a gorgeous view! Our fully stocked kitchen comes complete with a Keurig, coffee pot, hot water kettle, toaster, and a variety of kitchen gadgets such as serving spoons, cutting boards, measuring cups, storage containers, dishes, and a full set of pots and pans.

We are a 1-2 minute drive (20 minute walk) to Auke Rec and a 1-2 minute drive (20 minute walk) to Lena Beach. Amenities include spa shower, laundry, and beautifully appointed/stocked kitchen. The apartment is one of two on the top level, so you’ll need to climb 2 flights of stairs to reach the door.

Wireless internet is included along with a smart HD streaming TV (no subscriptions). The bathroom has a tiled shower, towels & a hairdryer. It has a spectacular view of the ocean and our gardens. Its own entrance is down a short boardwalk from your off-street parking with easy access to the beach and our beach-front gazebo.
