This is a thoughtfully furnished home with an open layout, on a coffee farm, just bring your food and clothes for which ever adventure you intend; leave the accommodations and ambiance to us.

The bright, tasteful decor is a nod to a musical paradise of yesteryear with both mid-century flare and rustic beach shack charm. It has a kitchen, queen bed, 55” smart tv, private lanai with a panoramic view of the Kona coast and a shared bbq. The Loft sits above the carport on the 2nd floor.

This simple retreat is a testament to minimalist luxury and offers a convenient escape near Kona International Airport and downtown Kailua Kona. The exterior of the tiny house is a harmonious blend of rustic charm and simple design, featuring a quaint porch, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or working on the computer while gazing at the pacific ocean.

Situated on the island's western side at a cool 1300ft elevation, this small cottage is suitable for two people. Privacy is the keyword. This is a quiet, clean, peaceful place with A/C. It is near the airport, town, and beautiful beaches, located in a safe, affluent neighborhood. After the lava eruption on the other side of the island in 2018 subsided, we are now thrilled to have the best air quality and blue skies since 2007!
