Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups. Our stone house has two separate apartments.Each apartments has two bed room,living room with kitchen and bathroom. This apartment is on the first floor.3 air conditioning. Distance: About 25m from the beach,private terrace To the Old Town Kotor-8 km, To the city Tivat-8km To the Tivat airport-7 km. Tourist tax is payable on arrival.Price per day: adult-1 €,child(from 12 to 18 years) -0.70 €.

Apartmant Mareta III is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

Built in 2025 (named after my wife Tanja) one bedroom apartment 40m2 is located in quiet residential area of Kotor (Dobrota), just 3 km away from the Old town Kotor. The apartment consists of open plan living room, full kitchen and dining area, attached to the terrace offering unforgettable view over the Bay of Kotor. Mountain and see view. AC in every room, Wi-Fi, free private parking. Baby cot and high chair is available upon request. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

Gina - House

Gina house is located in a small picturesque village of Kakrc. The small village is filled with old stone houses, and surrounded by water. The heart of house is its terrace that sits right on the water, overlooking the beautiful Mount Lovćen. Kakrc is located in a prime location on Luštica Peninsula. it is 20 min away from Tivat and Kotor where you can go out and explore, shop, enjoy the local cuisine, but also close to some of the most beautiful beaches Montenegro has to offer.

This charming 200 years old stone house of typical Mediterranean style is located in the center of Prčanj, a small and picturesque village with rich maritime history and tradition. The villa is close to the beach and just 15 minutes drive from Kotor Old Town.
