Take it easy at this unique, tranquil Kenai getaway! This One Room Cozy Cabin has a Queen loft bed, a private covered porch, blackout shades, small table/2 chairs and mini fridge. This year round heated cabin (no water in cabin) has use of a separate building called Basecamp which has 7 bathrooms, free laundry facilities, a double kitchen, fireplace, and plenty of seating. Our new property consists of 12 One Room Cabins, 4 two bedroom cabins, Basecamp and an on-site Property Manager.

You will have close access to the Tsalteshi multi-use recreation trails, world class fishing (less then 5 min from property), Soldotna Sports Center and Field House. Private 1.5 acre lot provides beautiful and peaceful environment with access to a deck and fire pit. With a fully stocked kitchen and relaxing seating you will be ready to entertain or cozy up during your stay.

4Bears- Quiet, central to fishing & activities.

4 Bears is a comfy 1-acre hideaway at the end of a quiet lane. 3 Bedroom & 2 Bath one story home, plus a den w/ full bed, perfect for families & fishing trips. Just 10–15 mins to the Kenai River. Kick back on the deck, fire up the grill, and warm up by the fire pit (we’ve got the firewood and hot cocoa!). Garage for your gear & chest freezer for your catch. Games, cards, darts, & cornhole. This home is located in a quiet, wooded neighborhood, five minutes south of Soldotna. It's 70 miles to Homer and an hour and a half to Seward. It's close to the Kenai and Kasilof rivers. There's plenty of parking for a boat, snowmobile or trailer. There's moose and caribou in the area and the back yard has many varieties of birds. There are beautiful gardens front and back and lawns.
