The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. The accommodation is fully equipped and includes towels, bedding, dishes, and a hairdryer.

Hillside - also fußläufig auf die Berge, zum Kneipen und in ein paar Autominuten am See. Großzügiger Wohnraum mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich zurückzuziehen. Seit ein paar Tagen gibt es auch eine Außensauna, die nach einer ausgedehnten Wanderung zur Erholung dient.

Our house has 3 pet-free flats. All flats are equipped with TV, WiFi and Nespresso coffee machine. Baby cot and high chair for infants are available on request. Guests can prepare their dinner outside on our garden barbecue, and enjoy it on the covered terrace. In the meantime, children can play in our garden shed. Guests can park their car in the car park 10 m from the house.
