The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Ihnen steht ein charmantes Häuschen im Troadkastenlook mit moderner Ausstattung im alpinen Stil mit Blick in einen wunderschönen Obstgarten zur Verfügung. Das zu 100% aus Holz gebaute Haus bietet jeglichen Luxus trotz minimalistischen Platzangebot. Das Haus besticht mit einer guten Lage im Top Ski- und Wandergebiet St. Johann im Pongau/Alpendorf. Durch das knistern des Holzofens und die Verarbeitung von Altholz wird ein Almfeeling geboten.

Ein ökologisch nachhaltiges neues Holzhaus sucht sympathische BewohnerInnen. Modern, komfortabel ausgestattet und mit allem was man braucht um so richtig zu entspannen. Hillside - also fußläufig auf die Berge, zum Kneipen und in ein paar Autominuten am See. Großzügiger Wohnraum mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich zurückzuziehen. Seit ein paar Tagen gibt es auch eine Außensauna, die nach einer ausgedehnten Wanderung zur Erholung dient.

Welcome to the luxurious and romantic "Hirsch" cabin in the picturesque Lachtal, located directly at the slopes. The chalet was just completed a few years ago. Up to 10 guests will be able to enjoy the highest comfort and luxurious amenities, including sauna, hot tub, fast internet and Netflix tv. The cabin is located 1700 metres above sea level and therefore ideal for winter and summer.
