The Adirondack Love Shack

No additional fees! Wake up to the sounds and sights of a relaxing Adirondack stream in quaint, little Elizabethtown, NY. The building is in our backyard and the inside is roughly 10x12, with a queen size bed, dresser, a mini-fridge, coffee maker, outlets, a light inside and on the open porch, TV and heat/fan. Enjoy your morning coffee or read a book sitting by the fire. Please bring your own linens for the queen size bed and towels. Blankets for inside use provided. The shower/toilet are shared

Our cozy chalet-style home, situated on Lake Flower in Saranac Lake, is a perfect getaway for a relaxing Adirondack retreat. The property has its own private dock accessible for personal motor boat use and is equipped with a Canoe, 2 Kayaks, and Pedal Boat for guest use! 5 mins to Downtown Saranac Lake and 20 mins to Lake Placid. One of two Adirondack guest cabins situated on a private three acres parcel with mountain views and private river access for swimming and wading. The property has park-like grounds with a private outdoor stairs that lead down to a wild Adirondack river. We allow guests to bring up to two pets for an additional pet fee. A short drive to famed Lake Placid, stroll through Lake Placid for an array of activities & events, or get outside & hike, fish, canoe, kayak, cross country ski, skate, snowshoe, downhill ski at Whiteface, mountain bike, etc. Guests have direct access to the river, Lake Eaton, 10 miles of hiking/ski trails, playground, & volleyball, basketball, & tennis/pickleball courts.

The Brookside Cabin

Our Cabin is nestled in the woods of the Adirondack Mountains. The Cabin is behind our family home. We are on a country road close to two towns. Our area offers many amenities such as fishing, hiking, boating, golf, hunting , wine tasting, leaf peeping. The cabin is heated by a wood stove and is the only heat source. “Wood Stove will injure a small child. Fast moving water in brook. Children 7 and up is ok with pre approval. The outside shower is heated, hot water available mid April -Nov.

Dark sky viewing of Milky Way (85% viewable!) directly above the property. We cannot accommodate infants, children, pets or parties. Smoke free (of any kind!) property. Sorry - no exceptions.

The Covered Bridge Cottage- Ausable Riverfront

Situated directly by the Ausable River and surrounded by beautiful vineyards and gardens you will be immersed in nature at any time if the year. It's sure to restore the soul. The gentle rumble of the river is ever present as you look out over the natural beauty. During the summer cool off in the river and come back to the screened in porch for an evening meal. In the winter fire up the pellet stove and get cozy. 15 minutes to Whiteface and Keene and 25 Minutes to Lake Placid.

The River House

This beautiful, spacious home has been in our family for years. The property rests on a large piece of wooded acreage and is 200 yds. from a private beach on Schroon River, and also within ten minutes of the Schroon Lake beach. This home is for guests that are looking to have a relaxing get away. It is not to be rented for any type of party or event. We can not tolerate damage done to the home because of partying. You will be responsible for any damage done to the house.

This private guest space in the second floor of our garage has it's own entrance, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom in a very convenient location. We are 5 minutes from Saranac Lake, 10 Minutes from Lake Placid, and 25 minutes from Whiteface. Located on a peninsula of Oseetah Lake, we have waterfront access perfect for ice skating, snowshoeing and XC skiing in the winter right from our doorstep. The lake offers sweeping views of Ampersand and the surrounding mountains.
