Norðurkot, The Yellow Northern lights House.

Fallegur staður og mikið fuglalíf. Æðarvarp rétt við húsið og hægt að fá leiðsögn um varpið. Stórt kríuvarp á svæðinu. Húsið er á skjólgóðum stað og útsýni út á sjó og sést vel á Snæfellsnesið í góðu skyggni. Á veturna við rétt skilyrði, er mikill möguleiki á að sjá Norðurljós. Húsið er gamalt en allt ný tekið í gegn. Á svefnloftinu er 2 góðar dýnur (brattur stigi upp). Bjart og fallegt. Stutt á flugvöllinn, u.þ.b. 10 mínútur ( 9 km. ), og góð sundlaug í Sandgerði ( 2 km.)

Near the apartment is also Reykjanes Unesco Global Geopark where you can admire the beautiful, natural landscape. Studio Comfort and Rest provides you a good rest and relax in private hot-tub. A fully equipped kitchen allows for quick preparation of meals. Grill is also available to guests.

A three floor uniquely converted modern water tower and a first purpose built Micro house in Iceland. The water tower was build in 1960 then converted to a Micro house in 2017. The cabins are located in a remote area 15 minutes from Keflavik International Airport. The setting is on the Atlantic coastline so you can expect a nourishing breeze. All cabins come with a private hot tub. Cabins suit you well if you want to lay back & relax in nature. There is no light pollution around the cabins so it‘s a great place to see the Aurora borealis.
