We are situated at the end of a quiet lane which concludes at our beef farm, next door to this property. This delightful garden annex has everything you would need for a relaxed stay in Wiltshire. Set in a large private garden, with views of the woods behind, you will find your stay a peaceful and enjoyable one. This one bedroom annex has a king size bed, with the option of a day bed which converts to a single bed. We also provide a TV, DVD Player & books and games for your entertainment. The annex also has its own self contained kitchen, with tea/coffee making facilities, as well as a minibar.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Large flat screen in sitting room and television in both bedrooms. Upstairs bathroom & loo and additional shower room & loo downstairs Lots of lovely walks in the area and village pub also in walking distance. Close to Devizes & Marlborough with good independent shops and restaurants

Kellaways House Cottage

Kellaways House Cottage is located in the small village of East Tytherton, Wiltshire close to the nearby market towns of Chippenham and Calne in the north of the county. Its rural setting provides a tranquil atmosphere without being too far from local amenities. The area is popular with walkers and cyclists, but if you want a bit more excitement, it is also perfectly situated to explore places further a feld in Wiltshire, East Somerset and the South Cotswolds.

There are wonderful woodland walks from the property, and two village pubs within walking distance

The property is completely separate from the main house with a private entrance and outside space available on the sun terrace in our private garden.
