Outside, the home is surrounded by mature fruit trees, including:: apple, cherry, pear, mulberry, blackberry and grapes. The backyard of the home sits along a quarry. Inside you will find the home comfortable and inviting.

Welcome to our BoHo Studio! One block from Sandusky Bay waterfront, The Montgomery, built in the late 1800's, is located in heart of Sandusky's downtown historic district. The Boho Studio @ The Montgomery is cozy space with an eclectic artsy vibe. This space is outfitted with meditation pillows, games, vinyl record player. The Montgomery has an outdoor community courtyard and literally steps away from a variety of restaurants, shopping, activities, and culture.

This island getaway is within walking distance of the Marblehead ferry and downtown, with great shopping, restaurants and entertainment. We are located in a countryside setting yet close enough to Put-in-Bay and Kelleys Island, Cedar Point and all the other attractions that Lake Erie Shores & Islands has to offer.
