Fantastic location really close to the beach and mid way between the centre of town and the Marina so both are within easy walking distance. The cafes and shops of Kemptown village are less than 100 yards from the front door but the flat itself is in a quiet residential street. The sea and Lido are at one end of our historic terrace, with cafés, bars and restaurants of Kemptown Village at the other. No 14's private studio room has cooking facilities, walled patio, and separate shower room. On the lower floor there's a washing machine and a dryer - and we welcome small dogs! Communal entrance. Royal Pavilion is a 15 min scenic stroll. Brighton Station about 15 mins by bus and 7 mins by cab. No events, not suitable for infants or children, sorry.
