This clean, fully-outfitted trailer is a way to experience Alaska without pitching a tent or sacrificing luxury. Some call it 'glamping'. Quaint dry cabin a stone's throw from Fritz Creek General Store. Comfy queen bed in the loft and futon on the first floor. This spot is close enough to enjoy the shops and cuisine of Homer 15 mins away, or enjoy the solitude and grab a cocktail at The Homestead nearby. Four miles beyond us takes you to Eveline State Rec Area. The cabin is cozy- monitor heat or the warmth of late day sun through the southwest facing picture windows. The hand hewn log cabin was built in the late 1800's by Russian settlers and is located in the historic native/Russian settlement of Ninilchik. (An idyllic village that sits on the Cook Inlet, through which the lovely winding Ninilchik River runs.) 180 mile drive from anchorage and only 35 miles from famous Homer, Alaska on the Kachemak bay. You will have total privacy but if you need anything im a 5 minute walk down the road and always reachable by phone.

Beachwood Manor is located directly on Cook Inlet between the mouth of the Kenai and Kasilof Rivers. Wildlife viewing adventures can be had right out the front windows. Eagles routinely roost in the trees in the yard. Moose stroll through occasionally as well.
