Located on Michigan’s Keweenaw Peninsula, This cottage is only 400 feet from the mouth of the Tobacco River and located on 230' of Lake Superior lakeshore. Approximately 15 miles from Lake Linden and Calumet. The nearest village is Gay. The views, breezes and waves are simply fantastic. Home is located on the Gay/Lac LaBelle Road with easy access year round (available for rent all seasons). Peak periods are Memorial Day to Labor Day, and early-September to mid-October and Christmas to early March (snowmobile/Ski season). This property has a spectacular view of the Lake from all the main living areas and bedrooms. The multi-level deck allows you to enjoy the summer breezes or the fall colors with family and friends. Lower level features a laundry area, along with bunkroom , Pool Table and Sauna. Upper level features beautiful red maple and cherry hardwood vaulted ceiling and open design from kitchen, dining and living room for great views of the lake and easy conversation. Master bedroom features a King bed and 180 degree view of the lake. Bathroom is a full bath including bathtub and shower. Property is slightly elevated from the lake enhancing the lake view. It could be a challenge for some to get down to the water. The Tobacco River is about 400 feet away. Old restored pier 500 feet the other way brings back memories of old copper mining days gone by. If you revel in ATV, UTV or snowmobiling riding this place is a perfect launching point for exploring the Keweenaw. We are positioned across the street is from a major trail head. There is plenty of room for parking trailers and toy haulers. Trail 133 comes to the road for easy ride in and out access.

Our house sits right on Lake Superior, atop a lava rock cliff, on the "Gold Coast" of Eagle Harbor. Mt. Bohemia & Copper Harbor 20 minute drives away, sand beach & restaurant 5 minute walk. The living room & kitchen have a breathtaking view of the lake that includes the harbor. There are two full-sized bedrooms, one with king bed & one with queen, each of which have lots of closet space. There is also a smaller room with bunk bed. Central heat. Good wifi.
