The home, built in traditional Konkan style has used teak wood from a 100 year old bungalow and all materials and labour have been sourced locally. Regarding food, our caretaker can do your shopping - you would need to pay him directly for supplies at shop prices ie at actuals (no markup). Our cook can prepare your meals at a charge of Rs 1000 per day.
