We are situated in Roy Bridge 15 mins outside Fort William, (12 miles) close to amenities and a short walk to the train station. The perfect base to explore the Highlands. The room has a private entrance separate from the main house. The en-suite bathroom is located downstairs. Situated in Upper Inverroy, near Roy Bridge, and with unbroken views to some of Scotland’s highest and most beautiful peaks, Rosie is ideally placed for visitors who are keen to explore the beautiful mountains, glens, lochs and coastal waters of Lochaber, the outdoor capital of the U.K. Rosie was built in 2019 upon an original early 1930’s road workers’ living wagon chassis. Situated in a private position adjacent to our house, Rosie looks out towards  the magnificent Grey Corrie mountains.

The Bunk House has two rustic log bunk beds, an en-suite shower room, kitchen, lounge-dining area and heating. Linen and towels are also provided, the space measures a total of 35 m2. Please note this is dormitory style accommodation. You will also be able to use the fire pit, canoes, paddle boards, and rowing boat during your stay. There’s also a hot tub too now! Free Parking. Single night stays are subject to a £35 supplement which will be added to your reservation after you book.

This peaceful and private location in the heart of the Highlands provides a great base for those who enjoy the outdoors or the peace and quiet to relax. It is a central point on the Great Glen Way meaning nothing is too far from here such as Loch Ness or Ben Nevis. It is also on the way to Skye meaning it provides a perfect stopover to recharge before carrying on through the Highlands.
