Two (2) night minimum stay on weekends from May to September and a three (3) night minimum stay on holiday weekends (Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day). Pet fee is $40 per pet for the first night, and $25 per pet per night for consecutive nights.

Built in the style of the Outer Banks' inns of the 19th Century and enhanced with modern conveniences, the charm and comfort found in these rooms will greet you at every turn. Our King Standard rooms are positioned on either the first floor (accessible by ramp) or second floor (accessible by stairs only) of the Inn and offer 320 sq feet of space. Just steps away from all the excitement and exploration that Downtown Manteo offers. Tranquil House Inn is managed by North State Hospitality.

Located on the second or third floors, these rooms are only accessible by stairs, and are steps away from enjoying the second-floor deck.
