Welcome to The Casita, our Mediterranean inspired beach bungalow in the Outer Banks. The vision for this home came about after we traveled in Europe and fell in love with the calming, slow-paced lifestyle of villages along the coast, mixed with rich architecture focused on natural elements & a soothing palettes. The Kitchenette has a fridge, dual hot plate, microwave, large sink, washer/dryer, etc. There’s also an outdoor seating area & charcoal grills.

This is the upstairs unit of a two-unit home, and centrally located in Kill Devil Hills about 0.6 miles from the beach. The living room has a wrap around couch made for relaxing, and an 85" TV with 9.1 Dolby Atmos Surround sound to kick back and watch your favorite shows or something new!

It's an easy walk or bike ride to Bonzer Shack, Food Dudes, and many other restaurants and shops. NO PETS PLEASE! It is suitable for a couple or small family.
