You can walk to the sea in just under one minute while unwinding in our sauna after. It's located close to many beautiful beaches, in one of the most scenic spots along the Wild Atlantic Way in Connemara. The views from the cottage are simply breathtaking.

Cuckoo Wood Hexagon, 5km from Westport

This cabin has a hexagon shape with a square porch where the front door is. The Hexagon, as I call it, is situated on its own on land that is half orchard half woodland. On the morning sun side, where the door is, the decking leads to the little purpose built bathroom building. There is a perspex canopy so you can walk over staying dry even if it is raining. A few goats and a few hens roam in the adjoining field.

Our place is on the road to the mountain (Croagh Patrick-at 7km) and Westport town (2.5km) on a walk/cycle route that joins to the Railway Walk and the Greenway. The Quay area/Westport House is at 2km. Come for relaxation or an action packed break! Perfect for solo explorers or couples.
