River’s End Retreat

For couples wanting a romantic escape. Relax and unwind in this bespoke Tiny House overlooking the Kalgan River. Located on 30ac we are a small working farm. Sheep, alpacas and horses graze the paddocks and you may even get a visit from one of our pet kangaroos. From the deck you can listen to abundant bird life and fish rising in the river while enjoying a glass of local wine next to the fire. Close to walk trails, river and beaches come and explore all this amazing region has to offer.

Our property has been lovingly, restored, with a difference. We have one bedroom located off the front verandah and one bedroom accessible from the back entry and two bedrooms within the home, great for two families, giving people their own space. Surrounded by 74 acres, only 5 minutes from Albany CBD. There is a large farmhouse kitchen, beautifully furnished areas. Separate entrance from hosts. Only filtered rain water (including showers), non chemical soaps, washing materials, off grid (battery) power, so no failures, organic breakfast foods. No microwave oven but have an electric oven, fry pan & rice/porridge cooker & wifi is available. Large TV with sporting and movie channels available. We have a renovated home, over 100 yrs old, with real character. Please be careful with water usage as we have only rain water, but sufficient for the whole year.

Spencer townhouse is architecturally designed, newly constructed October 2021, and specified to the highest standards. We provide undercover car parking, (sorry, one car only due to site limitations) together with comfortable accommodation for our valued guests. The Albany Heritage precinct, marina, pubs, restaurants, and Hilton Garden hotel are within a few minutes walk. The upstairs reading nook, with sofa bed, has views across Princess Royal Harbour towards the Albany Wind Farm.

Hidden View

Our Hidden View has an amazing view of the local farm land and Torndirrup National park. Local birds love to join our guests on the balcony for a feed. The Accommodation is not big but practical. There is 1 room with 1 single bed and 1 room with 1 queen bed. The living area is combine with an open kitchen/dining room opening to the decking which has a mini Weber, a table& chairs. This is under roof. 2 Radiators are provided in winter as well as electric blankets. NO PETS ALLOWED.

City Sanctuary - secluded garden and huge bath

The space is in the heart of town but has a secluded and tranquil feel. This architect designed home is light, spacious and open plan. There is a large deck with couches for relaxing in the garden, a large well equipped kitchen and a deep luxurious bath to soak in after a busy day of sight seeing . Middleton Mews - Unit 6

Having the best position of all the units in this complex makes this a very quiet, budget friendly and private location to enjoy. My top priority is the guests enjoyment. This updated, regularly booked unit with Netflix has a fully equipped useable kitchen and also there is plenty of parking available, even a large trailer can easily fit. The complex is ideally located to enjoy the various sights and activities that the Great Southern offers.

Emu Point is a quiet little seaside community about 10 mins drive from Albany city centre. Set amongst the shade of the coastal peppermint trees of "The Point", our place is the perfect spot to relax and unwind. There's a choice of two beaches within a couple of minutes walk - so whichever way the wind might blow you'll be able to find a sheltered spot to enjoy the white sand and brilliant blue water of the South Coast.
