Just over 2 miles to Wrightsville Beach or about 5 miles to historic downtown Wilmington. Access to our dock on Hewlett’s Creek to sit and relax or launch your kayak or paddle board. This rental is well appointed with small kitchenette (no oven), full bathroom and king size bed. 55” smart TV, Wi-Fi. Quiet neighborhood but close to everything.

Beautiful, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to coffee shop and convenience store. Host sometimes occupies lowest level of the home which has a private entrance and no access to the guests' space. Free parking. Keypad entrance.

The Pond View Loft Apartment offers a private retreat on a quiet three-acre wooded property with a beautiful spring-fed three-quarter-acre stocked pond. Conveniently located just seven miles from Wrightsville Beach and ten miles from downtown Wilmington, the loft provides the perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment options, including a movie theater, are also nearby.

Central to everything! This sweet little hideaway is just a short 3.7 mile drive to the waters edge of Wrightsville Beach, 5 miles to Historic Downtown and only 1.5 miles to the University. Plus you can enjoy a short walk to the local coffee shop, tea shop and Cupcake shop. Several favorite local restaurants and one of Wilmington's top shopping destinations are right around the corner as well.

The Lake Cottage

The Lake Cottage is located across the street from Greenfield Lake. It is a 3 minute walk to the Amphitheater and 9 minute walk to the Park Center with boat rental, playground, skakeboard park, and Pickleball Courts. There is a 4.5 paved trail that runs around the lake across the street. The Lake Cottage lies down its own private walkway and has a fairly-land feel about it.
