Das idyllische und gemütliche Chalet liegt ruhig, in wenigen Gehmin. vom Zentrum Fieberbrunns. Hier gibt es neben den alltäglichen Geschäften, wie der Bäckerei und dem gut sortierten Supermarkt, in ca. 5 Gehmin. das Spa der Alten Post oder auch das Aubad. Zum Lift des Skicircus „Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn“ sind es nur 5 Min. mit dem Auto. Im Winter können Sie demnach u.a. Ski fahren, sonst wandern oder biken.
