The Head Water House is very easy to find just 5 miles off HWY 101, just shy of Old Town Eureka (10 minutes). This place is truly unique with it's "one of kind" natural Redwood amphitheater and open meadow views. The Elk River Valley is relatively quiet, dark starry nights, and has 50% more sunny days than Eureka proper. Equipped with Starlink, rural connectivity has never been better. You'll see and hear many species of birds, deer, fox, and maybe even a Barred Owl at dusk.

The guesthouse on our little farm overlooks the vineyard and the fields beyond. We are in the perfect spot to easily access many of the wonderful things Southern Oregon has to offer. Explore wineries, including our own, hiking trails, the Britt festival, and more! The guesthouse has lots of amenities, including an outdoor grill, kitchenette with fridge and hot plate, and full-size sleeper-sofa. Stay at Harris Hideaway oceanfront studio. We have established a policy that should keep everyone safer right now. We have added an EV charger and a Tesla adapter for you use. Before your visit, the place will be sanitized (as always) and will be vacant for at least two until your arrival.
