Villa Paloma, a brand new seafront luxury Villa!

Cause sometimes Heaven is available! Paloma is a two storey villa overlooking the sea . On the ground floor the guest will find a fully equipped kitchen with dining space plus a stylish living room. On the top floor there are two cozy bedrooms with private bathrooms. The absolute place to lie in these lazy mornings. In the outdoors there is a swimming pool facing the sea, and a deck equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. There is also a Barbeque area with an outdoor dining area and laundry.

Our tiny, traditional house, hand-built in 1924, consists of a kitchen and bathroom downstairs (19 sq.m) and a double bedroom upstairs (16 sq.m) as well as a big and lovely terrace. It is located in the traditional village of Svoronata, less than a mile from the airport (0.9 mi), Ammes beach (0.5 mi) and many other beautiful coasts. A beautiful secluded beach and a lush garden make this an ideal island getaway for those in search of a peaceful holiday, immersed in nature. In a large garden are three modern, spacious apartments, suitable for solo travelers, couples or families. The smallest apartment is an open space studio, while the largest has two floors and 3 bedrooms. A short, 3 minute walk leads to a quiet beach with few visitors. Shops and restaurants are in the village of Skala, 3 kms (2 miles) away.

Cavaliere Seafront Suites are located at the most central part of the quiet and charming village of Sami, in the center of Kefalonia, making it an ideal location for exploring our beautiful island. Klio a spacious open plan suiteideal for 2 guests, where you can have a relaxing time by enjoying a comfortable sleep; have a coffee and/or a drink at a nice and cozy balcony above the sea. The apartment is recently fully renovated (2024) in order to meet the highest expectations.

Just 1 km from Argostoli, the islands capital, and 10 mins from the Airport you'll find Lassi. A popular destination with anything you should require like restaurants, tavernas, bars, supermarkets all within reach. ATM's and car or bike rentals are all within walking distance as are the golden sand crystal clear water beaches. Enjoy the breathtaking views, the beautiful established flower gardens and a sandy cove which is accessible through the garden and down a few steps.
