Relax in the hot tub spa after a busy day or share a drink on the tree deck built into a 400 year old Oak tree. Cook in a fully equipped kitchen or enjoy the rain whilst sat in a rocking chair. Snooze in a hammock and then relax in front of a film before heading to a comfy king size bed.

Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Downstairs there is a fully fitted kitchen and living/ dining room. Upstairs one double bedroom and twin room with two single beds, bathroom with a shower. There is ample parking outside of the cottage. Dairy cottage is set in 75 acres of rural Devon countryside surrounded by woodland. We have easy access to the North Devon Link road and M5.
