An oasis in the middle of all the popular vacation destinations, it is close to downtown Knoxville and all the restaurants, shops, and city attractions. The beautiful stained glass entry doors, vaulted ceilings, skylights, and expansive windows welcome in the private, wooded property. Two bedrooms, new bathrooms, decks, and stylish furnishing will delight you.

Plenty of space and privacy in this cottage over looking the fields and pond. Sit back and relax watching the horses and goats graze. Located minutes away from Oak Ridge/Clinton/Knoxville. Melton Hill lake has outdoor activities, restaurant & nice walking trail and is 10 minutes away. University of TN is 23 minutes away and Oak Ridge is 13 minutes.
