They are built within a five-acre estate overgrown with centuries-old olive trees in boho Cycladic architecture and aesthetics with a few touches of an earthy village element. The residences consist of a ground floor with a 20 sq m courtyard and a first floor with a 20 sq m balcony. Both villas have an unobstructed view of the sea (Gulf of Karystos) both from the balcony and from the bedroom.

In 500m there are sandy isolated beaches and in 3 klm there is one of the most beautiful organized beach of South Evia, "Agia Paraskevi". The house is built in an autonomous yard of 650m and has a shaded sitting veranda of 25m2 where you can rest, and enjoy endless blue . The place is also called OSMAES.

Our cozy place is located right in the heart of Karystos just steps away from the convenience stores and the seafront. There you can find cafes,restaurants and bars. Within a 4 minutes walk you can reach one of the many beautiful beaches of Karystos.

Livadi House

Σπίτι σε λόφο με θέα τη παραλία του χωριού Λιβαδιού μισή ώρα από την πόλη της Καρύστου. Η θάλασσα απέχει 5 λεπτά με όχημα, ωστόσο υπάρχει άμεση πρόσβαση με τα πόδια από το σπίτι (μέσω από φτιαγμένο μονοπατι). Επίσης, βρίσκεται 20 λεπτά από τον καταρράκτη του Πλατανιστού.
