Specifically, the "Asklipiou Cube" building of Kalamata Mediterranean Suites is located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Kalamata, just 290m - 3' walking distance from the center and 1500m from the sea. The 'Asklipiou Cube' building of Kalamata Mediterranean Suites, has been designed by A&K Architects, with influences from the Bauhaus movement. It was recently built (June 2024) with a modern urban minimalist design and with a special emphasis on sustainability, sustainability, energy saving and environmental protection. The apartment and the entire building "Asklipiou Cube", has all the modern comforts of the 21st century, making guests have a unique stay experience. Heating, cooling, domestic hot water, ventilation and electricity are provided 100% by renewable energy sources and the building is in the upper levels of category A+, i.e. building ZEB = Zero Energy Building.
